A cancellation fee of 50% applies if the charter is cancelled or transferred by the customer within 14 days and a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled or transferred within 7 days of vessel departure.
Full payment must be made on the booking date if the booking is made within 7 days of vessel departure.
Gift Vouchers are forfeited if the booking is cancelled or transferred within 14 days of the booking date.
If passengers do not turn up on the day full payment must be made.
Customers must contact us to confirm the booking and the boating and weather conditions.
-Between 4.30pm and 5.00pm the night prior to the charter.
If customers do not contact us, then we assume they no longer wish to keep their booking, and we will book other passengers in their place.
If the charter is cancelled by Fish The Deep due to unsafe boating conditions or strong wind warnings, the charter is either transferred to another day or your deposit can be refunded.
A minimum of 8 individual passengers must be booked for a trip for the fishing charter to run.
