Bookings:
To make a booking we
require:
1. Booking name
2. Booking
date
3. Amount of
passengers
4. Contact
phone number
5.
Postal address

A minimum of 50% deposit
which is required within 7 days of making the
booking*.
*During
school holiday periods deposits are required with 3
days of making a booking and at times immediately
7.
Gift voucher numbers must be mentioned when making a
booking. 1 gift voucher serves as a deposit for 1
passengers only.
Deposits:
To
secure a booking we require a minimum deposit of
50%.
Payable
by credit card over the phone, cheque or money order
through the mail , direct debit (funds transfer) or
cash.
Credit
card payments only by Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
Cheque and money order payments must be made payable
to Fish The Deep. Our business address is 8/20 Canal
Avenue, Runaway Bay, Queensland, 4216.
Balance:
Balance to be
paid before the charter commences on the day of the
charter.
Balance can
be paid at this time by cash or credit card only. If
you are wishing to pay the balance by any other
means - you will need to do so 7 days prior to the
booking date.

TERMS AND
CONDITIONS |

Cancellation
fee applies if charter is cancelled or
transferred by customer within 7 days of
booking date. Full payment must be made if
booking is cancelled or transferred within
24 hours of vessel departure on the booking
date.
Gift Vouchers
are forfeited if booking is cancelled or
transferred
within 7 days of booking
date.
If passengers
do not turn up on the day full payment must
be made.
Customer must contact us to
confirm both booking, boating and weather
conditions
-Between
6.00pm and 6.30pm the night prior to the
charter for a half day morning or full day
charter
-Between
9.00-9.30am on the morning of
the charter for a half day afternoon
charter.
If customers do not contact
us, then we assume they no longer wish to
keep their booking, and will book other
passengers in their place.
If charter is
cancelled by Fish The Deep due to unsafe
boating conditions or strong wind warnings,
charter is either transferred to another day
or your deposit can be refunded.

If you a
holidaying on the Gold Coast it is recommended you
make a booking early in the time period you
are here, so your booking may be transferred to
another day if the original booking date has unsafe
boating conditions.
Please be at the pontoon 10 minutes prior to
the boat departure time.

Gift
Vouchers are valid for 12 months allowing customers
to choose which season and/or species they would
like to target.
The gift
voucher receiver can book at their convenience or an
advance booking can be made for them.
Envelope
includes gift voucher(s), brochures, business cards,
invoice and a detailed information sheet. All our
envelopes are secretive and do not have our business
details on them.
Gift vouchers
can be sent by the post or picked up from our
business address. $5.00 extra for Express Postage.
Over the Christmas period normal mail can take more
than 3 days. This Christmas the last normal mailing
date is Wednesday the 19th of December and the last
express mailing date is Thursday the 20th of
December, however we do not guarantee you will
receive your vouchers by Christmas day.
If you
purchase a half day gift voucher and the
receiver decided they would prefer to book
for a full day charter, instead of a half
day, they can pay the difference for the
charter on the day. Likewise you can pay the
difference to change a full day voucher into
two half day trips etc.
Also
if they decided to charter a private boat
booking we would take the cost of the gift
voucher(s) off the total amount of the
booking.
Purchase

Gift
Vouchers can be purchased by credit card

a contact name and phone number of the
purchaser, postal address to send the
voucher to and also payment details.
Invitations:
A personal
invitation is a great way to let your loved ones
know you wish to send them on a fishing charter -
without purchasing a non-refundable gift voucher.
The receiver can then take up the opportunity to go
fishing or decline to use the invitation.
Invitations
were originally intended for customers who were
visiting the Gold Coast for a short period of time.
Due to weather conditions some charters can be
cancelled and therefore Gift Vouchers are unsuitable
due to them being non-refundable. Recently however
Invitations are becoming more popular for customers
who are purchasing a gift voucher and wish to send a
message along with it.
